Let’s Get Submissions!
Thank you so much for your interest in sharing your wedding rehearsal dinner, wedding welcome party, and/or real pre-wedding celebration event with Let’s Get Rehearsed. This helpful and practical website and resource guide would be nothing without your submissions, so thank you in advance for your interest.
Let’s Get Rehearsed is a wedding planning website resource specifically dedicated to wedding rehearsal dinners, wedding weekend welcome celebrations, wedding welcome parties, wedding kick-off parties, and other pre-wedding celebratory events that happen before the wedding ceremony and reception.
With real pre-wedding events, ideas, advice, etiquette, and shopping resources, our goal is to inspire and help engaged couples, as well as their family and friends, plan a stress-free wedding rehearsal dinner or pre-wedding celebration party.
We gladly and gratefully welcome submissions from all wedding professionals, and engaged or married couples. We do things a little differently around here, so please look around our site first and read our full submission guidelines below before submitting.
Let’s Get Rehearsed reserves the right to reject any submission at any time for any reason.

GUIDELINES
Send all submissions and submission-related questions to info@letsgetrehearsed.com.
Submissions should be related to pre-wedding celebrations and events, such as rehearsal dinners, wedding kick-off parties, wedding weekend welcome parties, and more.
We are a non-exclusive site, which means that we will publish pre-wedding celebrations and events that have been featured on other sites. When submitting, please let us know if your submission has been featured elsewhere.
If you are submitting photographs that you did not take, please ensure that you have written approval from the photographer prior to submission.
If you are submitting photographs of a real couple or a client, please ensure that you have written approval from the couple prior to submission.
If your submission is accepted, it will be featured on our site as well as our social media and other third-party platforms, such as Pinterest. It is the submitter’s responsibility to ensure that all approvals and copyright permissions have been granted prior to submission. We will make every attempt to credit the photographer and/or applicable vendors. We are not responsible for a photograph’s usage after it has appeared on our site and third-party platforms.
Submissions are limited to one pre-wedding celebration or event per email.
All submissions must include your contact information, a short description of the submission, and the full business name and link to their website for any vendor or professional involved. If it is a submission involves a real couple, please include the couple’s contact information.

REAL PRE-WEDDING EVENTS & CELEBRATIONS
We are looking for unique and personal pre-wedding events and celebrations that feature a real couple, including but not limited to wedding rehearsal dinners, wedding weekend welcome parties and wedding kick-off parties. This includes pre-wedding events in all locations, regions, venues, budgets, styles and types from all couples.
Real event submissions must include a minimum of 10 photos, but no more than 75 photos, that are a diverse mix from throughout the entire event, including photos of the couple and any inspiring or unique details, such as flowers and table decor. Please limit the number of dancing photos and candid photos of guests. (These photos are great for the couple, but not well suited for a website.) We try to show our readers the entire event from start to finish. Submissions must include a short description of the event, email contact information for the couple, and a participating vendor list including website links.
If your submission is accepted, the couple will be contacted by Let’s Get Rehearsed and asked to fill out a short questionnaire. If the couple does not respond to the questionnaire within two weeks or declines to be featured, the submission will not be published.
For videographers, real video submissions must include photographs. The video must be a highlight, short or trailer type of video (5 minutes or less).
STYLED EVENTS
We feature a very limited amount of styled or editorial pre-wedding and events that are not real or from a real couple. In addition to being an inspiration site, we are specifically focused on helping our readers plan a stress-free event. As such, we are looking for styled or editorial events that are also practical and helpful. When submitting, please include how your styled pre-wedding event is helpful to real couples besides being inspirational.
Styled shoot submissions should be 50 to 75 photos, including a participating vendor list with a link to their website, a detailed description of the idea or inspiration, and helpful advice for how couples can incorporate your ideas into their own pre-wedding event.
